Delete your data

CuteMove keeps your app data on your iPhone, not on our servers. There’s no account, so there’s nothing to close. Here’s how to delete everything.

Delete the data on your iPhone

1. Press and hold the CuteMove icon on your Home Screen.
2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.

This permanently deletes your favourites, recents, settings and setup progress, and removes the CuteMove keyboard and the iMessage sticker app too. Copies of this data may remain in your iPhone or iCloud backups until those backups are replaced or deleted, which you manage in Settings › [your name] › iCloud.

To clear only your favourites or recents, open the CuteMove app and remove them there. To stop the keyboard sharing data with the app, turn off Allow Full Access in Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › CuteMove.

What we hold about you

CuteMove doesn’t send us anything, so we hold no app data about you. The only personal information we might have is in support emails you’ve sent us.

Ask us to delete your emails

Email [support email] from the address you used, with the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll delete your support emails within 30 days and confirm when it’s done. We may keep a minimal record if the law requires it.

Purchases

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. To cancel, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Your purchase history is held by Apple, not by us. To manage or delete your Apple data, visit privacy.apple.com.
