Setting up the keyboard
- Open the CuteMove app and follow the one-minute setup.
- Or go to Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard… and choose CuteMove.
- To copy pictures, tap CuteMove in that list and turn on Allow Full Access. This is optional: typing and lines work without it.
- In any app, press and hold the globe or emoji key below the keyboard and choose CuteMove.
Common questions
The keyboard doesn’t appear
Check it’s added in Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards. Some apps and all password fields use Apple’s keyboard only, which is normal. Try in Messages or Notes.
Tapping a picture shows “One switch to send pictures”
Copying pictures needs Full Access. Turn it on in Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › CuteMove › Allow Full Access, or tap Send the line instead to type the matching line.
A picture won’t paste
Tap the message box, then tap Paste. Some dating apps don’t accept pasted pictures, or only take photos from their own picker. When that happens, tap Type line on the “Copied” message to send the matching line instead.
I don’t see any pictures for my message
CuteMove only suggests pictures when it finds a good match, and shows your Recents otherwise. It also stays quiet on purpose for serious messages, and hides pictures in web address, email, search and number fields. Check that Picture suggestions is on in the app’s Settings.
Autocorrect changed a word I wanted
Press backspace straight after the correction to undo it. CuteMove won’t correct that word again while the keyboard is open. You can turn autocorrect, word suggestions and glide typing on or off in the app’s Settings.
My packs don’t show in the keyboard
Open the CuteMove app once after buying, so it can check your purchases with Apple. The keyboard also needs Full Access to see packs you’ve unlocked. Without it, it shows the free pack.
Restoring purchases on a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open CuteMove, go to Packs and tap Restore.
Cancelling a subscription or asking for a refund
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › CuteMove. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all refunds.
Is my typing private?
Yes. CuteMove reads the last few words you type, in memory on your iPhone, to suggest pictures and lines. It never saves or sends your typing, and it has no code that connects to the internet. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment. CuteMove is available for iPhone.
