CuteMove Thanks for using CuteMove. These terms are short and in plain English. By downloading or using CuteMove, you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which also applies.
1. Who we are
CuteMove is provided by Opus Novum (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at hello@cutemove.com.
2. Using CuteMove
- CuteMove is for personal, non-commercial use. It’s made for adults. [Confirm: Match this to the App Store age rating you set in App Store Connect.]
- Be kind. Don’t use CuteMove’s pictures or lines to harass, bully, threaten or send unwanted content to anyone. Only send flirty messages to people who want to hear from you.
- You’re responsible for what you send and who you send it to. Suggestions are just suggestions, so check a picture or line suits the moment before you send it.
- Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the pictures, lines or stickers outside normal personal messaging, and don’t try to extract them from the app.
3. Pictures, lines and stickers
The pictures, lines, stickers and app design are owned by us or used with permission, and are licensed to you for use in your own conversations. [Confirm: you hold the rights to every picture, line and sticker in the app before launch.] If you think something in CuteMove uses your work without permission, contact hello@cutemove.com and we’ll look into it promptly.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- CuteMove is free to download. Extra packs, the All Packs subscription and Lifetime access are sold through Apple’s App Store, at the prices shown in the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may add, change or retire pictures, lines and seasonal drops over time. Packs you’ve bought stay available for as long as we offer the app.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how CuteMove handles information. In short: what you type stays on your iPhone and is never stored or sent.
6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limits on our responsibility
Apart from those rights, CuteMove is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or work in every app, since some apps don’t accept pasted pictures or third-party keyboards. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CuteMove in the 12 months before the claim, or to resupplying the service.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for CuteMove or its content, maintenance or support, and has no obligation to provide them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple, iPhone, iMessage and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. CuteMove isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, any messaging or dating app.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we’ll tell you in the app or on this page before they apply. You can stop using CuteMove at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state or territory], Australia. You and we submit to the courts of that state or territory.
